We at BRICS CCI are keenly looking at the ongoing progressions with respect to the BRICS+ expansion. The inclusion of new nations would not only mean the expansion of our geo-political outreach but also it will strengthen BRICS's position in the world arena. Mr. Ruhail Ranjan is a dynamic leader who brings together technology, entrepreneurship, and public service with a strong commitment to inclusive development. He currently serves as the Treasurer of the BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BRICS CCI) and is the Hon’ble Member of the Legislative Assembly from Islampur, Bihar, elected with a decisive mandate of 100,487 votes. An accomplished computer engineer, Mr. Ranjan graduated from BIT Mesra, Ranchi, and went on to earn an MBA in Finance from San Jose State University, California. He further strengthened his professional expertise through advanced project management studies at Stanford University, Palo Alto. His global corporate experience spans reputed organizations such as Honeywell, Siemens, and Indiabulls, where he worked across software development, infrastructure, and renewable energy domains. Beyond corporate leadership, Mr. Ranjan is an entrepreneur actively engaged in strengthening Bihar’s economic ecosystem through ventures in cold chain infrastructure and solar power. His work focuses on creating sustainable solutions that support farmers, small businesses, and rural communities. In parallel, Mr. Ranjan remains deeply committed to social development and grassroots empowerment. Through his association with Bihar Kisan Vikas Sansthan, he actively supports initiatives aimed at improving livelihoods and access to opportunities. His vision as a public representative emphasizes technology-driven governance, sustainable growth, and people-centric policies that translate progress from policy rooms to the lives of citizens.
