BRICS CCI’s 46th Governing Body Meeting was held on April 12th, 2024, at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi, chaired by Mr. Sameep Shastri and presided over by Dr. BBL Madhukar. Key discussions included confirming previous meeting minutes, approving new members, and reflecting on past events like the Russia-India 70th Anniversary Trade and Economic Cooperation and Smart City Forum. Future initiatives such as The Healthcare Summit 2024 and The Energy Summit 2024 were outlined, emphasizing collaboration and innovation. Strategies for member engagement, activity diversification, reduced fees for MSMEs and Women Entrepreneurs, and collaboration with GOPIO International were also discussed. The co-option of Mr. Alok Kumar as an Honorary Governing Body Member was unanimously approved. The meeting concluded with expressions of gratitude and renewed commitment to BRICS CCI’s mission.
