"Our vision at the BRICS Chamber of Commerce and Industry is to be the ‘voice ‘of young entrepreneurs. Beyond providing a collaborative environment to enhance trade and commerce, we wish to provide the world with a platform of experiential learning through social and technological exchanges. Our Chamber is now in its tenth year and in this short span we have achieved commendable growth. Participation of delegates in our events establishes that we have given enough value to the creation of wealth with social equity. Both aspects are necessary for balanced growth of any nation.
In the near future we are looking at some specific areas such as Energy Security, Education and Human Resources, Digital Economy, Food Processing and Agri-business etc. Our efforts are to encourage extensive participation of young entrepreneurs. We are creating several interventions in the area of capacity building for MSMEs, as we see them as an engine of inclusive growth.
We aim to establish benchmarks in various areas and continuously work in the pursuit of excellence. To facilitate young entrepreneurs we have set up three Centers of Excellence- Centre for MSME, Centre for Arbitration & Legal services, and Centre for CSR. We have decided to offer free advisory services to the MSME sector through these Centers of Excellence. The free advisory services are also available to any business entrepreneur from abroad. I invite our well-wishers and associates from BRICS and other friendly nations to be a part of this exciting journey towards a better world by encouraging entrepreneurs."
Dr. Madhukar is the Founder & Chairman Emeritus of the BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industry in New Delhi. Also, Chairman of FORE SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT, (Estt 1981) in New Delhi; a member of the Governing Boards of the New Delhi Institute of Management (NDIM) and Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Ghaziabad. He is also the Chairman of the School of Aviation Science & Technology, (SAST) a unit of the Delhi Flying Club established in 1928. This School has produced thousands of pilots and aviation professionals in the last Century. He has been the President of the Delhi Flying Club since 2020, president of the European Marketing & Management Association ( EUMMAS) Business Consortium. Dr. Madhukar is a Gold Medalist in both MA Eco and L.L.B. plus a PhD, also CAIIB and FIE. He began his career as a Lecturer in the University, and later became a senior functionary with State Bank of India. Moving on, Dr. Madhukar spent over thirty years as Board board-level Director with large public sector and private sector Companies. He has visited more than sixty countries, for international business and concluded joint venture partnerships with a Japanese and another German Company. Empaneled as an expert in international affairs with the United Nations (ESCAP) and successfully did a project on the Economic Potential of SAARC countries. Being an Advocate at the Supreme Court of India, he is a Distinguished Member of the International Council of Jurists (London), a senior member of the Indian Law Institute and serves as an arbitrator/ mediator /Advisor/ consultant for large Companies. He has successfully conducted over fifty arbitration cases as the Sole Arbitrator. He has negotiated some international joint venture agreements as well.
